The Berkshire Environmental Action Team
Mission: "We protect the environment for wildlife, to support the natural world that sustains us all. The Berkshire Environmental Action Team (BEAT) is a 501(c)3 non-profit. Anyone who knows us will tell you that we take the “action” part of our name seriously. Join us – our work wouldn’t be possible without our community."
The Berkshire Environmental Action Team is what happens when passion and community take on environmental threats. From river clean ups to watchdogging to educational outreach, this dedicated group does it all. Thank you for your tireless efforts to make our world a cleaner, safer place for all!
Minutes for Memories
Mission: "MFM is a 501c3 that creates lasting memories for children ages 5-25 who have sustained long term injures. We do this by allowing them to find enjoyment in something they liked prior to their injury. Our goal is to showcase that their injuries do not define them and they can still live a full life. Whether it is going to a Red Sox game, watching a play or enjoying the latest movie or video game, MFM wants children to see the bright side of things."
A fleeting moment can have an impact that lasts a lifetime. Accidents happen in the blink of an eye, but one moment shouldn't define the rest of a person's life. Minutes for Memories understands that a few minutes of someone's time can provide memories for a lifetime and motivation to continue pushing towards a bright future. Cradles to Crayons
Mission: "Cradles to Crayons works to mitigate Clothing Insecurity in Chicagoland, Massachusetts, and Greater Philadelphia."
Cradles to Crayons takes a three step approach to helping kids in our community:
- New and nearly new children’s items are collected through grassroots community drives and corporate donations.
- Donations are then processed and packaged by volunteers in our warehouse, The Giving Factory.
- Packages from The Giving Factory are distributed to local disadvantaged children through our collaborative network of diverse service partners.
We appreciate the efforts of this amazing organization and how they are dedicated to Building Together!
